From seed to cup, every step is recorded
Nine linked business processes carry a coffee lot — and the verified record of it — from a registered seedling to the cup a consumer holds, each one handing off data and custody to the next.
Every lot on Terra Bean Network is sourced exclusively from Kinihira, Ruhango District — 1,900m, Red Bourbon, fully washed.
Seed-to-Planting
A seed or seedling batch is registered, inspected, distributed to a farmer and confirmed against a mapped plot.
Harvest-to-Collection
A farmer delivers cherries; weight, quality, price and receipt are recorded and linked to an intake batch.
Collection-to-Parchment
The washing station records sorting, pulping, fermentation, washing, drying, moisture, losses and parchment output.
Parchment-to-Green Coffee
The dry mill records intake, milling yield, grade, screen size, defects, bagging and warehouse placement.
Quality-to-Market
An approved quality record enables the lot to be listed with controlled commercial and origin information.
Sample-to-Contract
A buyer requests a sample, evaluates quality, submits or receives an offer, negotiates and executes a contract.
Contract-to-Shipment
Inventory is reserved, documents are approved, custody is transferred and shipment milestones are recorded.
Green-to-Retail
The roaster receives the lot, creates roast and packaging batches and generates QR-enabled product passports.
Consumer-to-Impact
Consumers view the verified journey, provide feedback, reorder and optionally support approved impact initiatives.
